Banquet Information

The banquet for the 2008 NCAA Division III Men's and Women's Outdoor Track and Field Championships will be held Wednesday (May 21) at the Experimental Aircraft Association (EAA) Museum in Oshkosh. The banquet begins at 6:30 p.m., with doors opening at 6 p.m.

Banquet tickets will be provided to each qualifying athlete and one coach (1-8 athletes) from each school. If nine or more athletes are qualified from a school, two coaches will be provided banquet tickets.

Please note the number attending the banquet on the uniform/travel information form. Extra banquet tickets will be sold on a first come, first serve basis for $30.00 each at packet pickup and at the door.

Food will be self-served from five different buffet-style stations. The stations will be open from 6:30 p.m. until the end of the banquet. From 6:30 to 7:30 p.m., athletes and coaches will be able to eat and survey the museum. There will be chairs and small cocktail tables throughout the museum, but no large banquet style tables to seat an entire team. The awards presentations and slideshow will start at 7:30 p.m. in the Eagle Hanger. Athletes and coaches may eat as much food as they like.
