
Amaan Siddeeq won his second event in one
hour as he captured the men's 200-meter dash on Saturday
(May 24) with a time of 21.29 at the NCAA Division III Outdoor
Track and Field Championship.
Siddeeq took the title in the 100-meter
dash earlier in the day. State University of New York-Oneonta's
Joe Reed earned second-place in both events, finishing the
200-meter dash in 21.39.
Andrew Arons of Williams College (Mass.)
came in the third-place position at 21.40, followed by Freddy
Linton from Emory University (Ga.) at 21.49 and Matthew
Harden of Illinois Wesleyan University in fifth-place with
a time of 21.50.
Sixth-place went to Charles Washington from
Christopher Newport University (Va.) with a time of 21.67.
Other All-Americans were seventh-place Segun Olopo from
Illinois Wesleyan University at 21.80 and Eddie Bynum III
of Salem State College (Mass.) in eighth-place with a mark
of 21.82.
