Amy Krysiak

Coaching eight WIAC Outstanding Diver winners in eight years, Amy Krysiak has established UW-Oshkosh as the premier diving program in the league. Krysiak became the men’s and women’s diving coach during 2003.

Krysiak, the 2004 NCAA Division III Women’s Diving Coach of the Year, has led Titans to three individual national championships. During 2004, Rachel Heitkamp won the title at both one and three meters. Phil Devine then captured the men’s three-meter crown in 2010.

Along with Heitkamp’s two national titles, Krysiak has guided UW-Oshkosh men to eight All-America finishes. Devine (2009-11) owns five of those accolades, while Jacob Chadderdon posted second-place results on the three-meter board in 2008 and 2009. Chris Hansman gained All-America status for his three-meter performance in 2004.

At the conference level, Krysiak coached both the men’s and women’s outstanding diver during 2004. She has tutored the WIAC Outstanding Men’s Diver each of the past six seasons. Chadderdon received the honor from 2006-08, before Devine dominated the field from 2009-11. Overall, Krysiak’s divers have captured 13 individual championships at the league meet.

Krysiak, a Neenah High School graduate, earned four letters on UW-La Crosse’s swimming and diving team from 1995-98. She earned her bachelor’s degree in community health education.
